1. Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading mobile apps, or accessing content delivered by CVST SkillHub, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all referenced policies.

2. Accounts & Access

• Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain account confidentiality.
• Organisation admins are responsible for provisioning seats and respecting license limits.
• CVST SkillHub may suspend accounts for payment issues, policy breaches, or security risks.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

• CVST SkillHub owns the platform, branding, and original learning IP. You receive a non-transferable license to consume the content.
• User-generated content (assignments, comments, uploads) remains yours, but you grant CVST SkillHub a licence to host and display it for learning purposes.
• Copying, scraping, or reselling materials without permission is prohibited.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the plan selected. All taxes are borne by the customer unless a valid exemption applies. Refunds follow the Data Deletion & Refund policy. Defaulting organisations may experience access limitations until dues are cleared.

5. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, discrimination, malware distribution, cheating, or reverse engineering.
• Do not submit third-party personal data without consent.
• AI detector endpoints must not be abused or used for mass surveillance.

6. Service Commitments

CVST SkillHub provides commercially reasonable uptime, scheduled maintenance notifications, backup retention, and responsive support. Integrations or beta features may change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVST SkillHub is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or downtime caused by third-party providers. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your subscription jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be handled via arbitration or competent courts where CVST SkillHub operates.
